Cold Room Description
Chiller cold room is a storage method that inhibits the activity of microorganisms and enzymes, reduces the incidence of pathogenic bacteria and the decay rate of fruits, and can also slow down the respiratory metabolism of fruits, thereby extending the long-term storage period of fruits and vegetables.
Cold Room Structure
Cold room consists of insulated panels(PUR/PIR sandwich panel), cold room door(hinged door/sliding door/swing door), condensing unit, evaporator (air cooler),temperature controller box, air curtain, copper pipe, expansion valve and other fittings.

In food industry, cold room is usually used in food processing factory, slaughterhouse, fruit and vegetable warehouse,supermarket,hotel, restaurant, etc.

How to Customize Cold Room
1.What is the application of the cold room?
PU sandwich panel thick and surface material are decided by this. For example, cold room for seafood storing, we use panel with 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant and has long service life.
2.What is cold room size? Length*Width*Height
We calculate panel quantity,choose condensing unit and evaporator model according to cold room size.
3.Which country will the cold room be located in? How about the climate?
Power supply is decided by country. If the temperature is high , we need to choose condenser with bigger cooling area.

Cold Room Panel
We use fluoride-free material, it is more environment-friendly. Our cold room panels can reach fireproof level B2/B1
Polyurethane panel is foamed by high pressure with density of 38-42 kg/m3. So the thermal insulation will be good.

What are the daily management requirements of cold room?
1. The wall, the ground, the door, and the top of the cold room shall not have ice, frost, water, if have they should be removed in time.
2. The air cooler in the cold room should be defrosted in time to improve the energy efficiency of refrigeration. There shall be no water in the water tray and storage of the air cooler.
3. To strictly manage the switch of the cold room door, goods in and out of the cold room, to close the door behind, such as damage to the door to timely maintenance, the door to open flexible, close tightly, to prevent cold. Air curtain machine can be install outside the cold room to reduce the convection of cold and hot air inside and outside the cold room.
4. When there are no goods in cold room, quick-freeze cold room and freezer cold room should be kept below -5℃ to prevent freeze-thaw cycle. Fresh cold room should be kept around 0℃ to avoid moisture from dripping water in the cold room.
5. Always abserve whether there is abnormal sound or abnormal vibration in the operation of the condensing unit. If so, please find professional personnel to check and repair in time.
